About me
Hi, I'm Alexa. Nice to meet you (digitally, at least)!
I'm a marketer and Harvard-trained researcher running full-service retention programs for DTC brands.
I love working with intentional brands building something they believe in, run by people trying to make the world a better place. I've been working in the DTC space for years and my favorite part of the job is being able to use my skills to support the mission of inspiring companies.
I spend my days creating beautiful, engaging creative informed by your engagement metrics & goals.
In retention, the feedback loops are fast, iteration is quick, and every send teaches us something more about your audience. This means we can boost revenue and build meaningful connection with your ideal customers very, very quickly. Let's go! :D
A little background
How I got here
I got my start as a marketer at a top DTC agency doing retention for brands making $500K to $50M. I loved the work, but eventually I realized I wanted to spend my time on brands doing something bigger: making the world a little better, bringing real joy to people, or building around an inspiring mission.
Before all that, I was a Harvard researcher in a genomics lab, analyzing billions of data points through coding & statistics to help inform therapeutics for infectious diseases. It taught me the real value of data (and how to actually make sense of it).
But I've always been a creative at heart. Writing, art, and making beautiful things is what brings me life. Marketing is where it all collides: data, creativity, strategy, and building real connections between brands and their people. That's why I fell in love with it!
